House Passes Secondary Capital Bill; Updates on Other CU Legislation

Credit Union advocates: Here's a quick update on our legislation.

• HB209 has been referred to House Commerce and Energy Committee’s Subcommittee #2, chaired by Del. Mike Webert. It may be heard as early as Thursday afternoon (Jan. 27).
• HB268 passed the House today (Jan. 26).
• SB326 has passed the Senate
• SB329 has yet to be taken up by the Senate’s Commerce and Labor Committee.
