NCUA Board to Vote on Final Loan Participation Rule Sept. 21

The NCUA board will vote on a final loan participation rule at its Sept. 21 board meeting. The meeting is scheduled to start 10 a.m. ET, and will be streamed live on NCUA.gov.

While generally supportive of the rule, credit unions believe NCUA could do more to clarify the rules. 

The other item on the agenda is a quarterly update on the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund.
