Biden Nominates Thompson as FHFA Director
President Joe Biden nominated Sandra Thompson on Tuesday to serve as director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA).
Thompson has served as FHFA acting director since Biden appointed her in June following the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling that the president can remove the FHFA director at will.
