Tidewater Chapter Donates $23,483 to Local Children's Hospital

In a Sept. 9 check presentation, the Tidewater Chapter of the Virginia Credit Union League donated $23,483 to Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters.

The funds were raised for the Norfolk-based Children's Miracle Network Hospital through the Chapter's 8th Annual Charity Golf Tournament, held this past June. The tournament drew more than 40 golfers.

The Chapter also secured financial support through CO-OP Financial Services' Miracle Match Program.

During the tournament's history, the Chapter has raised more than $125,000 for CHKD.
