"Montez brings a wealth of experience to the table and we are looking forward to the continued growth and success of the credit union under his leadership." Mr. Kaelin also commended Montez for his service as the Interim President & CEO during the past year: "Our longtime VP of Internal Audit has served as interim CEO during the past year. Prior to his time at CFCU, Mr. Hairston served as the Manager of Internal Audit for Community Bank of Northern Virginia for five years, also serving as an examiner. Mr. Hairston has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Longwood University (formerly Longwood College).
