ABNB Promotes New Director of E-Services, New Director of Branch Operations

ABNB is excited to share the promotions of Brenda Reed-Olejasz to Director of E-Services, and Leisa Brissett to Director of Branch Operations, in an ongoing effort to reward the experience of current team members. Reed-Olejasz and Brissett have both been employed at ABNB since 2003, bringing many years of valuable experience to their new roles.

During her 16-year tenure at ABNB, Reed-Olejasz (pictured left) has served as District Manager, Director of Operations, Director of Branch Administration, and Director of Retail Sales. She most recently served as the Director of Branch Operations, overseeing the branch network covering Hampton Roads and Northeastern North Carolina. During her time in this role she was able to achieve impressive branch distribution network growth, tripling our branch footprint.

As Director of E-Services, Reed-Olejasz manages ABNB’s electronic services, the Member Service Center, product development, and the deposit product portfolio. She works to ensure timely and effective member service through all retail channels by evaluating current workflows and implementing new operational procedures as needed to enhance the member experience.

Leisa BrissettLeisa Brissett

Brissett (pictured left) has served as a Member Service Representative, Area Manager, and Relationship Manager during her 16 years at ABNB. She has over 20 years of experience in retail branch banking and a passion for building member relationships. Brissett is looking forward to using her knowledge to continue to contribute to employee development.

As Director of Branch Operations, Brissett works closely with ABNB’s Branch Relationship Managers to ensure sales, service, and operational functions are all being performed as efficiently as possible. She also offers leadership, guidance, and training for employee development and advancement in order to build strong employee relationships.

ABNB is proud to share these promotions of two long-term team members. We look forward to seeing the positive changes Reed-Olejasz and Brissett are able to produce by offering guidance and effective training in their Directorial roles.
