ABNB Federal Credit Union Holds 62nd Annual Meeting, Re-Elects Board Members

ABNB Federal Credit Union held its 62nd Annual Business Meeting April 26, 2022 and reinforced its commitment to serving members’ financial needs and giving back to the communities where it conducts business.
“I’m incredibly proud to be part of this vibrant and forward-thinking financial institution,” said Richard M. Cheliras, Chairman of the Board of Directors. “The future is very bright, and we will always remember that improving our members’ financial lives is at the heart of what we do. Here’s looking forward to many great things ahead,” Cheliras concluded.
Board of Directors Re-elected and Officers Installed
During the meeting, the following individuals were re-elected as Directors each serving a three-year term: Richard M. Cheliras, Thomas D. Johns, and Martha Smith. Mary Ann Melchers was re-elected to serve a one-year term.
At the Boards’ reorganizational meeting held immediately following ABNB’s 62nd Annual Business Meeting, the following officers were announced: Richard M. Cheliras will serve as Chairman, Randolyn Patterson as Vice Chairman, Wesley M. Parker as Treasurer and Mary Ann Melchers as Secretary. Other Board members include Marvin Brangan, E. Andrew Keeney, Martha Smith, and Earl Waddell.
