Governance Committee Seeks Prospective Candidates for Three Seats on League Board

Attention: Member Credit Unions of the Virginia Credit Union League
Dear Credit Union Official:
The Governance Committee of the Virginia Credit Union League seeks your recommendations for candidates to be nominated for election to the Board of Directors. In 2023, three board seats are open for election. Listed below are the positions and terms:

| At-Large Directors (2 Seats) | 3 Years | 2026 |
For your information - The incumbent board members currently holding these three seats are:
- Mike Warrell (ValleyStar Credt Union) - Region IV
- Jeff Bentley (Northwest Federal Credit Union) - At-Large Director
- Paul Muse (1st Advantage Federal Credit Union) - At-Large Director
Eligible candidates for regional director can be named from any credit union in the region so long as the candidate meets the requirements set forth in the League bylaws. Eligible candidates for At-Large seats can be named from any member credit union so long as the candidate meets the requirements as set forth in the League bylaws.
