DCCU Promotes Cason to Chief Human Resource Officer

DuPont Community Credit Union recently announced that Jackie Cason has been promoted to the position of Chief Human Resource Officer.

In this role, Cason will be a part of DCCU’s Executive Leadership team and will continue to lead all aspects of Human Resources, including recruiting and retaining top talent, leadership development and training, compensation and benefits, HR operations, and promoting our purpose throughout the organization.

Cason started her career with DCCU in 1998 as the Human Resources Manager. Since then, she has also served as Director of Human Resources and most recently Vice President of Human Resources, a role she held for the last 18 years before her promotion to Chief Human Resource Officer.

Cason earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Human Resources Management from Mary Baldwin University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
