Through this workshop, leaders will learn how to shape employee mindset, develop effective behaviors, coach to skills, and improve results through coaching and accountability. CFPB Issues a Small Business Lending Collection and Reporting Requirements Guide

The CFPB is supplying resources to help the banking industry understand and comply with the small business lending rule, which implements section 1071 of the Dodd-Frank Act. Your League is also offering a webinar on May 22 focused on mandatory compliance issues related to the rule.
